Terms of delivery
Orders
You can place an order in our online shop by adding the products you want to buy to your shopping cart. If you would like more information about the products, please send an enquiry by email or call our customer service. Opening hours and phone numbers can be found on the Contact Us page. At the moment we only ship to EU countries.
If there are any changes to product, price or availability information after the order has been placed, we will contact the person placing the order.
Delivery methods
You can pick up your order from one of our seven pick-up locations. In this case, we will not charge any handling or delivery fees. Products ordered for pick-up in the shop that have not been paid for online will be held in stock for 2 weeks.
We also use carriers to deliver, both to pick-up points and to your door. We prefer to deliver orders by Posti, Matkahuolto and DB Schenker (Kiitolinja). Small and low-value items (guitar strings, small spare parts...) will primarily be sent as a letter. Please note that some postal letters may not fit in the letterbox, and delivery will be re-directed to the nearest Post Office. Furthermore, a tracking number is not available for letter deliveries.
Delivery time
Products that can be ordered online are in stock, unless a delivery time is specifically indicated. We aim to dispatch the goods on the next working day. In some cases, products have to be moved between different stores / warehouses, which may extend the delivery time by 1-3 days. In most cases, the order processing time is 0-3 working days and the delivery time is therefore 1-5 working days (including pick-up orders). If there is a change in the availability of the product or if the delivery time becomes significantly longer, we will contact the person who placed the order.
Delivery fees
In Finland, delivery and handling charges depend on the chosen delivery method / product size. The delivery charge to other EU countries is 12,90€ regardless of weight, but only up to 35kg. We do not deliver outside the EU.
Payment methods
Payments can be made via online bank (Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki, Nooa, POP, Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken), credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or mobile payment (Mobilepay, Pivo, Transfer).
We also offer the possibility to pay by invoice or installments (Klarna, Resurs). These require a positive credit decision, which can be obtained at the time of purchase at the online checkout.
Online banking, credit card and mobile payments
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Resurs
It is possible for individuals to pay for their purchases using Resursbank's F-Musiikki account. Requires a positive credit decision.
Klarna
Individuals can pay for their purchases with a Klarna invoice or Klarna installment. Requires a positive credit decision.
Installment options in stores
In F-Musiikki stores, you can apply for a Resursbank account or Handelsbanken Aktiiviraha as an installment option. You cannot apply for Aktiiviraha in our online shop.

Return policy
All products ordered from the online store have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging in the condition in which they were delivered. Please include your order number, contact details and bank account number with your return and we will refund the product once we have received it. Some used / tested products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, these include mouthpieces and reeds, earplugs, wind instruments such as recorders, tin whistles, kazoo, nose whistles etc.
When returning a defective product, please include a report of the defect.
